• The item must be:
• Unused and in its original condition.
• Sent back with tags, invoice, and original packaging intact.
• We do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit, when applicable.
• Return courier charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect on delivery.

💍 Jewellery Return Policy

All our jewellery is handcrafted using natural crystals, pearls, and stones, which means:
• Slight variations in color, texture, or shape are normal.
• Crystals and pearls may have a raw or unfinished texture, adding to their natural beauty.
• These are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for jewellery, unless:
• You receive a damaged item.
• You receive a completely wrong item (not what you ordered).

Jewellery ordered in the wrong size cannot be returned or exchanged.

Steps to report a damaged or incorrect item:
1. Contact us within 24 hours.
2. Share an unboxing video and clear images of the issue.
3. After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

👕 T-Shirt Return & Exchange Policy

We accept size exchanges or offer store credit for T-shirts, provided:
• You contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product is unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Important:
• Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.
• Return shipping must be arranged by the customer.

Steps for T-shirt exchange:
1. Message/email us with your order number and reason.
2. Send clear pictures of the item and tags.
3. Upon approval, ship the item back within 3 days.
4. After inspection, we will ship the new size or issue store credit.
